ABOUT US
OUR MISSION
The Water of Life Community Church School of Ministry serves to equip and train the church by providing biblically sound instruction in the Word of God and to activate them in the ministry of the Holy Spirit. The School of Ministry supports the diverse needs of our congregation and community by preparing people for works of service, helping them grow in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature believers committed to the disciple-making process.
OUR HISTORY
Prior to the founding of Water of Life Community Church in 1990, Pastor Dan Carroll received a prophetic word that he was going to start a church that would be a place of healing and equipping. The church began meeting in Rancho Cucamonga in 1990 and it quickly grew. After moving to several locations, the church acquired its current property in 1999. During the years, the leadership of the church lived out of its calling to be a healing church that also equipped people for ministry. Many classes were developed and taught over the years as both the healing and equipping ministries reached more people.
In 2010, Pastor Dan felt it was time to formalize the ministry training at Water of Life and School of Ministry (SOM) launched in the Fall 2010. Since its founding, the School of Ministry has equipped thousands of people to serve and lead in ministries all over the globe. As we enter into a new season with the school, we are excited to see how God continues to equip and transform His people to expand His Kingdom through SOM.
